Metallsvenskan 2012
Även i år har vi sett idrotten skörda offer. Otaliga är de liter av blod och svett som forsat ur människors pinade kroppar. Och även i år kommer De:Nihil Records att vara på plats på Metallsvenskan för att förse gladiatorer och besökare med vax. I år kommer vi att hänga i öltältet just där Rock Science har sina prylar. De:Nihil har sedan starten alltid hävdat att bra musik, öl och vetenskap hör ihop. Lägg därtill en portion fotbollsvåld och romersk dekadens är ett faktum. I år ser vi bland annat Witchcraft, Dead Man och Paul Dianno. In Nomine Satanas!

SWARM says,
Playing in a band is not about sex, drugs and rock n’ roll. It's an art and we take it very seriously. It's our craftsmanship.
Stockholm, Sweden-based trio Swarm consists of Johan (Victims) on bass, Marcus (Disfear) on drums and Uffe (Disfear, ex En- tombed) on guitar. Swarm was formed in 2011 with an intention to play slower punk/blues-based music with a hard-core edge.
Our 3-piece makes every instrument stand out stronger.
We're getting old and we have kids, dogs and other bands, so we work slowly, but we're serious! We love making music, and touring when we can, and that's what we're going to do.
Swarm is influenced by bands like Steel Pole Bath Tub, Melvins, Swans, Unsane, Hammerhead, Shellac, Jimi Hen- drix, Hot Snakes, No Means No, Tool, Queens of the Stone Age, and Vaz (to name but a few) and we write music that also has the soul of jazz, blues, art, literature and anarchy.
This is what we want to do. Swarm has a collective heart that consists of the 3 of us bonded in friendship and deep respect for each other.
Our struggle is to stand out, not fit in, and to love more.
We like to love and be loved and we love you.

Status: PIG EYES
In what follows, we shall attempt to trace two tendencies in the story about this 12" that have been given the namne Total Destruction of the Present Moment.
First: the process of disappearance. A drunken night at Höckert's place in Solna, a kitchen without knifes and a ear cut wide open. One could hear the plans, drawn up by hungry men. Sodomizing their dreams on behalf of girls and sanity. Fueled by their African lust. Instruments where given to them by God. Songs once forgotten was again heard and one could easily say that the genious is unique - only - if genius has access to the realms of Årstaberg.
Second: the process of planets. Here at De:Nihil we have always looked at the holy spirits in our movement. Been looked upon by the PIG EYES made us thinking of a whole buried world of unholy arcaism. Could we let that feeling go without putting it out on record? If you are ready to be one of the passangers to the half-plastic planet around twenty-seven minutes into the future. De:Nihil gladly present to you our first 12" vinyl record and a opportunity for you to take a good look at the universe through the eyes of a pig.
Pig Eyes will celebrate the release of the 12" at Lilla Hotellbaren (LHB) in Stockholm 12-05-23. In order to have some records avaiable at the show De:Nihil has made 50 test presses that will be for sale as very limited editions. And yes, you are welcome to be part of that destruction, of that very special night!
June 20th, when the telescope once again guide you to the stars: PIG EYES teams up with DOOMRIDERS, SWARM and RED DOVE for a spectacular show at Kulturhuset in Stockholm (Facebook).

New release: SWARM (nihil011)
As missionaries we deliver a SWARM (well) of killer tunes in form of yet another vinyl 7". We're proud to have them on our side of everything. This makes living in harmony with the moral order easier.
This two song 7", who carries Born to Ruin on the A side and Santiago on the other, is a exercise in heavy riffing and executes some of the best harmonies there is.
